On Friday, January 22, 2010, Lisa M. B. Woodburn, Esquire, moderated a panel entitled, "The Powers and Pitfalls of Using Social Media" at the Pennsylvania Bar Association's 2010 mid-year meeting held at the Atlantis Resort, Paradise Island, Bahamas. The panel provided one substantive CLE credit hour for Pennsylvania attorneys. The CLE focused on the forms of social media available, their substantive uses in litigation, the evolving responsibilities of lawyers regarding social media in investigations and social media within our law firms. Panelists included the Honorable J. Michael Eakin, Pennsylvania Supreme Court; Kim R. Jessum, Stradley, Ronon, Stevens and Young LLP; and Claudia Williams, Esquire, Post & Schell, P.C.
